MORE CALORIES!!!
I have a scale but, unfortunately it hasn't budged since I came home from the hospital. I weighed 247 the day of, weighed 257 when I got home. Basically Ive lost the water weight +/- one or two pounds.
So, I'm asking you how does a human being not go crazy reading how everyone that had surgery +/- a few days before myself manage to lose 9lbs or more?
I'm going crazy!!!! I've been reading your post and my food plan is very similar to yours. Do you know what i'm doing wrong?

Your body is using its stored energy also known as fat. Don't worry about calories and just follow your doctors plan and you will lose weight.
As for the scale well it can ber good and bad. I say this because when it tells you that you are down 5 pounds you just love it, but when it doesn't move for days or weeks you want to go ape **** on it.

in the long term, you can't live on that. But right now you want a calorie deficit so you will lose. Go with it.
If you get a scale, remember it'll drive you bonkers. I was bonkers without it, so had to get one.

I chased my dreams, and my dreams, they caught me!
I forgot I have a WII. My mad daughter (previous post) is hooking it up right now. I can weigh myself. I know it is late in the day and I have eaten and all, but I just have to know. I am also watching people lose 10+/- lbs. I hope for a few lbs lost. I ACTUALLY drank a whole bottle of water today. Working on bottle nbr 2.
