are you constipated? You can take a stool softener and that would help I also think you can take like mylanta but not sure. Lot of help aren't I? I have the exact oppisite problem from you. I go way to much.

I hope You start to feel better!

I would def take it easy and let your body fully recover from the tramu it just endured. I am 7mths out and I had no energy till month 4. Thats when I started doing Zumba. I started once a week and now I do it 3 times a week for the full hour. I am down 130lbs and its mostly from the change in food portions and choices that I make now. When I first got  home from the hospital i was on fluids only. When I tried to adjust from liquids to soft food it was a trial and error effort. i enjoy more food choices now then at the beginnng of the process. I feel like if you can survive the first month you will do great. I felt like this surgery not only affected me physically but also mentally and I made sure i have a counselor that I see monthly to help me get use to the new me. Just take one day at a time and everything will fall into place.  good luck and I am def here if you have any questions....

My doc prescribed dulcolax or something like that for constipation and sent it home with me. I never needed it, but it was fine to take.

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

I've had the same problem. My surgeon suggested Milk of Magnesia. It works!   :-)

Hope things get back to normal for you soon!
