I need to throw up

I know you were saying that it finally subsided, but just a bit of advice for the future, when I've had trouble throwing something up that hurt like a mofo, I found taking a couple sips of a drink helps to increase the volume enough to where I can throw up if I need to. If my pouch is full enough, a strong cough can leave me running to the bathroom. I'm glad I don't have a hard time puking because that stuck feeling is SO painful.
Glad you're feeling better. :)

When I get the foamies I'm sick for about 45 minutes, gagging, spitting, abdominal pain & nausea but I can't vomit.  Drinking makes it worse for me.

Papaya enzyme only helps if you get meat type protein stuck.  I usually get foamies from eating too fast, swallow too big of bite or not chewing well enough.

Glad you finally get over it.

I just hate it.  It usually happens when I'm not paying attention.
