Question for 1 year plus out...
I didn't just stall, I gained body fat in rapid spurts and must re loose every pound two or three times. Two steps forward, one step back all the way. About 50% of the time I was stalled or worse in a 15 lb weight gain cycle at the rate of a pound or so a day.
And to answer the obvious questions: I followed all my rules religiously; I exercised both cardio and weights 5-6 days a week; I ate enough; I did not over eat; I tracked and managed my calorie deficit daily; I stayed off the simple carbs; etc, etc, etc. I'm one of the un lucky ones whose metabolism fights weight loss even after wls.
