I hate hungry days
I was on a very long stall and then started losing a couple pds again then today one of the things I hate the most...I was hungry and eating all day long. I assume everyone has these days where you can just eat and eat and eat. Well, not like before surgery when I could eat but it seems a lot for my now "normal" eating.

Hungry days..if I am tired or stressed... the emotional triggered hunger really sucks. However if its hunger because I amped up my exercise.. then I dont worry about it as much. The stress eating really bugs me though. Its a constant battle. On those days I really try to eat way more green things.. harder to digest stuff.. like sugar snap peas, carrots, lettuce, apple.. It makes my pouch work harder.. the other thing I do it add benefiber to my water... seems to help.. but sometimes I do something to distract myself like take a hot bath..
