Rise and shine! Whew this spring weather is something; was gorgeous hell even hot yesterday but now it's chilly and damp. Sigh. My throat is bothering me so I'm taking it mush all day. Applesauce, slices of cheeese, mashed potatoes, and probably some broth and tea.
Babygirl got her surgery March 3rd...     She's from 339 to 200 as of 6/14/2012.. SOO proud of my bigbabygirl                                                                   
Sitting here, sipping my protein coffee I realized that food is the furthest thing from my mind right now, which is a Catch 22 situation. One the one hand, not thinking about food for a former fatty is a good thing but on the other hand, not thinking about food for a former fatty means not planning and grabbing whatever is handy. 

I will be madly packing, purging and decluttering my house for the next couple weeks in order to get it ready to put on the market May 1st.

Started my new job yesterday and the stress got to me over the weekend. I ate CRAP all weekends. I mean potato chips, cheese doodles, mac n cheese, cookes, etc.  It was BAD!  Yesterday I barely packed any food and was very low on protein so today I vow to do better.

PreB: water and coffee
B: click, unjury, and almond milk
L: crabmeat stuffing inside of haddock
D: more haddock or chilie and salad

This is day 2 of tracking for me. I'm still feeling resistant. No one responded yesterday to my plea for help/suggestions how to get over the mental block, but I pushed through it and I'm doing it again today. I didn't stick to my plan 100% but it was pretty close.  I'm having braces put on today so I figure I'll eat something chewy for breakfast and then I'll be on soft foods for a while.

B- coffee with creamer, turkey pepperoni, fruit
L- cottage cheese, scrambled egg
D- greek yogurt, maybe another egg? 
Snacks- (if needed/wanted) who knows? something soft? definitely a protein shake today!

Today is a gorgeous day down in here Decatur GA. Its suppose to be a bit cooler than yesterday which is fine. I am loving it.

B: Atkins Advantage Dark Chocolate Royale Shake
S: 2oz tuna w/ low fat mayo & 3 boiled egg whites
L: Peanut Butter Chocolate Pure Protein Bar
S: 2 tbsp Peanut Butter & a yellow apple
D: 4 oz chicken breast &  Sauteed Spinach
S: Sargentos Mozzarella Cheesestick

Today I will do my Get Extremely Ripped Bootcamp DVD and then chores around the house.

not much to say today... weather was awesome yesterday, today it's chilly again. :(

Eats for the day are:

PreB: 4 oz milk
B: protein shake made with chobani
s: iced tea
L: protein shake
s: gatorade Zero
D: protein shake
s: iced tea

I know, it's looks weird but, I've been doing some grazing and have carb cravings real bad lately. I need to "reboot" my system.

rainy here today and VERY busy at work -- gym this morning was lower body weights, stairclimber, and bike (yes, the derriere shall be built)..

Eats today-
-Click and skim on the way to gym
-Syntha 6 vanilla RTD immediately after workout (scored these for 1.64 ea at the Vitamin Shoppe!)
- Low carb wrap with turkey, pepperjack, spicy mustard, and pickle, with a side of bbq slaw
- pink lady apple
- veggie quesadilla and chicken eggroll for dinner.

Morning everyone!

Things are crazy at the moment...as usual.

For me, I put a very tiny dent into my stall but Im still not thrilled   I am hitting my new calorie and protein numbers so I guess my body just wants to do what my body wants to do. Just wondering if my body realizes summer is coming...

Eats for today:

1. Cookies & Cream protein with a scoop of Click and unsweet Almond milk
2. Greek yogurt w/ Kashi Go Lean Crunch
3. Oh Yeah! Protein Wafer
4. Chicken that I didnt make last night...grilled chicken and the sauteed peas and onions YUM :)

ETA: Just realized that doesnt look like enough calories...maybe add some almonds or something.

Last night I made salmon cakes. Loved them.  I always make a few extra so I can have some for next day... but I forgot them.. darn it.

My pouch does not like me much today. Not sure what will I have - but mostly low carb proteins+ stuff

Coffee + almond milk
2 protein muffins, handful of pumpkin seeds
hard boiled egg, yogurt dip, olives
protein shake
maybe some meat or fish...
Dinner: who know... most likely going out so I may grab something somewhere.
 
goal: 120-150 gr proteins, 1200-1400 cal.
