Head Hunger

So I'm 4 weeks out tomorrow and things are going well but tonight I keep thinking about foo d.  I've had my 3 meals and shouldn't feel hungry but making my daughter's lunch put  me over the edge.  Had half a stick of cheese but could eat more.  How do I get throught the night with this mindset?

I know that early out I needed to fix foods for the next day/meal (pack lunches, prep for dinner, all those things) immediately after I ate a meal. If I didn't, the munch habits came back and derailed me. It took a bit of juggling, but really helped me stay on trac****il I could develop a new habit of NOT snacking on those foods.

That is an excellent idea.  Just get out of the kitchen for the rest of the night. Need to get more water but I'm feeling stronger now.

water...plain or flavored. also i have discoverd hall's sf vitamin c drops, nice little treat to suck on! oh, and tic tacs!

oh! and paint your nails! don't wanna eat if you have just painted your nails, you'll mess them up! or use crest white stripes, can't eat with them on plus you'll whiten your teeth in the mean time (i love love love these things!)

At three weeks out I was eating every 3 - 4 hours.  Multiple small meals in a day.  Are you following your program?  Maybe you should be eating more frequently, or planning snacks in between your 3 meals.
