Gotta ask for some prayers/karma

I know this may be asking too much, that maybe I've already tried everyone's patience about my griping, but if anyone feels particularly positive and/or generous today, PLEASE pray that I get my surgery tomorrow. I'm terrified that they're gonna call me again and say it's postponed again. I emailed the nurse last night and she called me to confirm that it'll be at 8:30am tomorrow but I'm just so fearful that I'll get a call at 2p like yesterday saying "oh, guess we're gonna have to push you back another day for no good reason". I wish this hadn't taken away my excitement for having the surgery and I wish I could will my mind into rational thought, but right now I'm praying harder than I have in a long time. Feeling very scared.

I'm so sorry. Maybe that won't happen again. It's so discouraging when you get your hopes up and then the rug is pulled out from under you. Hope all goes well TOMORROW!

I feel for you even though my surgery didn't get pushed out like that I hit so many roadblocks along the way that it never felt real until I walked into the hospital the morning of my surgery. You will definitely be in my prayers the next few days... Just have faith in yourself and all of the hard work you've already done just to get to this point. Your about to open a new chapter in your life and the best is yet to come so try to stay positive and it will happen.

These boards are meant for griping we have all done our fair share so don't ever feel guilty about asking for support... It will be over before you know it... Good Luck ;)
