Is there a way to look at nutritional info and figure out if a food has a low glycemic index, even if the package doesnt say so?

thanks

Not that I'm aware of.  Be sure to look at the list of ingredients of processed foods.  The government says( a way to decieve the public)  you can separate sugars and list them separately, so you may see corn syrup, molasses, honey, dextrose, cane sugar, high fructose corn syrup, maple syrup, etc. all listed separately.

It is pretty easy to figure out when there are several types of sugar in the ingredient list.
