I went to see her today, she actually looks awesome.  She was no longer on her morphine although she was hardly using it and is now on only tylenol with codine.  She was walking a ton, she looked FAR better than I was at 2 days out.  She said the gas pain has been worse than the surgical pain.  She took this (lovely??) picture for us.  She will kill me when she realizes I actually put it up haha!  (she was sticking her touge out while texting LOL)

Yeah, the gas pain was worse than the surgery pain for me. But, it dissipates. :)

 the gas pain was the only PAIN i feltt!! as long as shes walking she should be good to go as far as the gas 

you know whats funny, i never warned her about the gas pain because I think i am the only WLS patient that never had gas pain.  the surgical pain was FAR worse for me.

Me too, the surgery pain for like a day was far worse than the gas! I didnt get uncomfortable gas until my 4th day, and then, all I had to do was walk and I was fien. Make sure to tell her "you are officially a loser"!!! Not really, somebody said that to me freshly post-op and I hurt myself laughing! Tell her to get back here soon

 So glad she is doing so well. 

My gas pains were the worst too . Thanks for keeping us posted on her.
