OT: acupuncture

Had an overall 'feel good' acupuncture treatment yesterday.  Last nite was the first full nites sleep I've had in a LONG time!  It was a great experience.  I had body aches last nite that didn't correspond to any of the actual acupuncture sites.  I figured it was other meridians of chi energy being opened up ;-)  I'm going to give it another few days to see how I feel.  It was my first experience, so I was nervous and I'm sure there may be a placebo affect.
My weight loss is steady but slow at 2 pounds a week...I'm 6 months post op now.

I love accupuncture, although I haven't had a treatment in years.  If you find a good accupuncturist, they can do amazing things.  Don't give up on it after one or two treatments and always give specific feedback when you go for your next treatment.  Great news on the sleeping!

Cool! My vet just went to accupuncture classes so now my doggies are needled and the love it. Need to find someone for me.
