Rise and shine! Soo glad the weekend is here. I need the rest. Daughter is leaving for her senior trip to cedar point, OH. I'll be eating slices of cheese, applesauce, monterey jack chicken bake I made, not sure about dinner.
Babygirl got her surgery March 3rd...     She's from 339 to 200 as of 6/14/2012.. SOO proud of my bigbabygirl

Today is. Well today is today. This is the last day before I go on a week's vacation and that's probably a blessing, even though the cir****tances of my life make me nervous about being absent so long.

Anyhoo, today is the 2nd to last Meatless Friday (next week being the BIG one of course). Eats:

1. Some fiber one (I ran out of BOTH Greek yogurt AND cottage cheese. oy!)

2. Click Frapp at the office

3. Tuna w/ a bit of mayo and onions on three slices of Pepperidge Farm Very Thin Bread (three slices = the size of 1 large slice of bread. Yum.)

4. I might make myself some "Ro-Tel" Tilapia tonight. Either that or for some reason I am in the mood for French Onion Soup.

5. My fake Jell-O Mousse Temptation (Wal-Mart brand) with lots of whippage and a few sf chocolate chips on top.

TGIF. I need a few days off to get some rest so I am glad that the weekend is finally here. It has been a stressful week and I noticed that I went directly to the carbs for comfort so I decided that I am going to back to protein shakes/the basics for a bit until I "level out" emotionally.
Food/eats for the day -
Click Frapp
Muscle Milk Light
Chocolate Protein Shake
SF Jello
Another protein shake
If needed protein wise, I will eat some RF cheddar cheese for a quick protein hit.
Thats it. Ever get to the point where you don't want to even think about food?????? It feels like it is too much effort some days.

I agree...TGIF!

Breakfast - Cereal (Plus Protein) with milk
Lunch - Chicken (4oz) with a salad (2Tbsp low fat dressing)
Dinner - Lasagna with Cesar salad
Snack - Apple with Cheese

I've been struggling...so today is the day for me to get back on track!

B: High protein/calcium bread, cottage cheese, fruit cup
L:  Left over chicken in salsa sauce, asparagus
D:  ?  Nothing really sounds good at this point.  Maybe something small like a protein blueberry muffin and a protein shake - who knows

Looking forward to the nice weather and calm weekend.

Good morning! Yesterday I pampered myself... and I think I'm gonna go at it again today! :) Tanning & nails yesterday... today's agenda is tanning and eye brow waxing!

Todays eats are:
B: 1 C kashi go lean crunch & 1 yoplait honey vanilla greek yogurt
s: LOTS OF FLUIDS
L: ham & cheese roll w/ dijon mustard to dip, 1/2 banana & 1/2 cup petite carrots w/ FF dip
s: LOTS MORE FLUIDS!!
D: fiery fish tacos w/ mojitos! (hey! it's Friday!)
also adding a tiny slice of Carribbean Rum Cake for dessert.... OH MY STARZ this cake is amazing!

TGIF to the max.

Eats today:
- vanilla whey with skim, peanut flour, and sf butterscotch pudding mix, and ice in blender
- 1 cup sliced strawberries and 6 oz Greek yogurt
- vanilla whey and half cup of oats

not sure about dinner. Walking at lunch as tomorrow morning is heavy weights and spin.

I am home today because I have to work tomorrow.  This new job, I just don't know if I did the right thing....

PreB; coffee
B: 1 1/2 slices of bacon, some scr. egg and some english muffin
Now: coffee with skim milk and it's making my hands shake (going to go take my blood sugar ina minute to be sure it's just the extra caffeeing)
L: lefotver chinese food
D: ham steak and veggies
