everyone talked about the carbmaster, but when I tried it I didn't like it.

I don't care for Carbmaster either. I really do prefer greek yogurt! I doctor mine up... SF preserves, SF apple or pumpkin butter, even some of my chocolate protein shake powder (in the blender with a little bit of water, freeze it - Super-yummy!), so many options. I've even added a TB of PB2 - which is pretty good too! I usually buy the Fage 0%, plain. It's very versatile - you can have it at least a hundred ways! And the Greek yogurt has so much more protein than the regular (even lo-carb) yogurts. You can substitute it for sour cream and even mayo in chicken or tuna salad.

Its not sweet but I mix in green onion dip and put some on a couple of wheat thins. Its delish!! So far its just too sour for anything that I mix in with it to mask that.

I only eat Fage 0% plain 90 calories 18gram protein.. definitely worth it.

I mix splenda in mine when I want sweet.. when I want savory.. I mix dry veggie soup mix and use it like a dip with sugar snap peas or green beans.

i stay away from the flavored ones because they have way too much sugar. i do one of 2 things. i get the plain and add sugar free syrups. stick to the fruity ones because the chocolately ones taste awful in greek yogurt. gross.

also like someone else said i do berries. omg i get frozen blueberry and zap them for 30 sec in the microwave to thaw them then add them to the greek yogurt with some splenda and BLAM. OMG!!! heaven. i'm so addicted!! i haven't tried it with other fruit but i'm sure its just as delicious with other berries or even mangos! yum!

You can use greek yogurt and Jello to make Eggface's "Fluff Stff"

You can also just put frozen fruit, sweetner and greek yogurt in a magic bullet cup and blend for an ice creamy dessert.
