I am only down 11 lbs and I had surgery on the 6th of April. I have been feeling very nervous and anxious about it as well. If you are the one in a millionth... I am the other! It is nerve racking. I am drinking 2 protein shakes a day and a small liquid meal for dinner. I wish my post-op was sooner than two weeks out, cause I have a lot of questions!!!!

That was a very traumatic surgery u went through and u have to remember that your body was filled with gases and liquid i.v's. Just give it a little time and u will start seeing the weight melt off of u.

Yes, it's normal.  We don't lose every day.  We lose a little, don't lose, lose a little, gain a little, lose a little more.  If that stresses you out, stay off the scale.

I actually gained 7 lbs the first week but since then I have lost that 7 lbs plus 17 more so I think it is just the trauma from the surgery. Give it some time and I am sure things will pick up...We just gotta be patient.
