How do YOU track your food?

I love sparkpeople.com because you can see the %age for carbs vs. fats vs. proteins.  Helped me out of a major stall because I was eating the right amt. of cals. but too many of them were carbs. I upped my protein and off came the weight!

Fatsecret.com whi*****ludes a free smart phone app.  This has a bar scanner, so if you need a quick protein snack, just scan the code, hit enter and it will place it in your on line diary.  Like others it has both a graph and pie chart showing distribution of calories, fat, protein and carbs.

I've been using Livestrong, but it doesn't let me track my vitamins.
