I need your opinion....do you think it's possible

I've stopped setting time sensitive weight loss goals.  There is absolutely no way to control it.  Your body does what it does, no matter what you try and do.  All I was getting was disappointment when I put a time factor on my goals.  

Instead I set exercise goals.  Those I can control, plus they really help me lose weight as a bonus.  I try and mix it up and try new things for variety.  Again, my body weight reacts positively.  I record my weight, fat, and water, every day, but "log" it weekly in my food diary.  The daily weighing is really interesting, but I just went 2 weeks without weighing and I was fine with that too.

My goal wasnt that ambitious to begin with BUT I hit it within 6 months... although I had bouts with bulimia at times as well... and kidney stones
Babygirl got her surgery March 3rd...     She's from 339 to 200 as of 6/14/2012.. SOO proud of my bigbabygirl
