Egg Whites on pre-op liquid diet??

I know hard boiled egg whites aren't on my liquid diet sheet of things I can have, but with Easter coming and coloring Easter eggs w/ my toddler, I was wondering if egg whites are ok to have.  They do have high protein and low calories.    It would be nice to have something different to eat.. lol    Any comments are appreciated!

Well, most liquid diets are liquids.   There will always be holidays and other temptations with foods that are not recommended for bariatric patients.  Now is as good a time as any to 'follow the plan'.
