Low Blood Pressure??

I've been having the same trouble.  It's weird because I actually had high BP pre-surgery and was on Lisinopril.  Now it's running low and I have had quite a few dizzy spells (no passing out though).  I didn't know that losing weight would cause this.  I hope once we get near goal it will straighten out.  Good luck!

I hope it straightens out too. i'm almost at goal and so far it's still getting worse. I struggle with feeling tired all the time.

I have the same problem but I don't feel lightheaded or anything. I was told it really wasn't a problem. It is considered a good blood pressure. I have had a bp of 90/60 since they rolled me out of the operating room and the nurses never seemed alarmed by it...It stayed like that the whole time I was in the hospital. I had surgery 4 weeks ago and my bp hasn't really been much higher since. I'm not worried. i actually feel a little better. I was on metoprolol too and my pcp lowered it but did not take me off of it. I decided to take myself off of it. I was afraid it would drop too low...
