This must be dumping????
I had my first dump about 3 months out on part of a very ripe pear. After that I cautiously tried other fruits only when paired with protein like cheese. I discovered over time that really ripe fruit tended to make me dump but if I limited the amount (2 inches of banana, 1/4 pear, etc) and paired with protein it was fine. Now I can eat a very small banana or apple with no problems but I still try to pair with protein.
