Blurry vision

Good Day, I'm 7 weeks out and I have been noticing some fatigue coming on and blurry vision.  If you can picture a cartoon with the characters eyes spinning around and around, that is how I would describe whats going on with my eyes and it is mostly just my right eye.

Kind of a shame that I won't have labs done until June 10 for my three months check up.  I've read so much on this site about low levels and I hope I don't have that going on and letting it become seriously dangerous before my appt in June.

Wondering if anyone has experienced this.

Run, don't walk to your surgeon's office!  Could be several things--some serious--all fixable with medical attention.

Are you sure that you are getting all of your fluids in? Dehydration can cause fatigue, dizziness and dry eyes. I know that when I am not getting enough fluids in my eyes get super dry and my vision becomes really blurry as a result.

However those are also symptoms of high BP and a few other things so if you are sure you are getting enough fluids see your Dr ASAP.

I am 6 weeks out and have been experiencing blurred vision since a day or so after surgery. Here is my story. I was a terrible diabetic pre surgery with a 16 month average BS of over 400 daily. Since surgery I have not had a BS above 100 no meds no injections. I talked to my surgeon who told me it is my body adjusting to the lower BS, being off all my medications, and allowing the time for the eye pressures to adjust. In the meantime I wear reading glasses as needed and other glasses to see distances when I drive. It is getting better now but I know that as he suggested in a few months I will get my eyes reexamined and new pressure readings to get new glasses. He said it was not a panic button, watch it and respond appropriately.

My thanks to all of you *****plied, appreciate it.

No I am not diabetic nor do I have high blood pressure.  I think there were so many helpful tips and experiences and perhaps because it is more common in the morning it is due to the long wait from dinner to breakfast and how to get in a lot of water before I have to eat then wait a half hour to drink again.  By the time 4:30 pm gets here I have enough strength to go work out in the gym for an hour.
