Exercise Question
What you are saying is making sense. I am not a exercise nut so I will take your advice. I will try 3 days a week to begin with and work my way up to 5 days or even switch out with other things on the days that I'm not working out at home. I tried Zumba once and I really enjoyed it. It's only on Monday nights though.
I go to Zumba on Monday nights also. I love it. There are even dance programs on TV and you can get dance games for Wii and other game systems. That is great exercise.

I just wanted to offer another exercise suggestion. I really like to dance, and even before I had surgery I would go to line dance class at my local YMCA once a week. I don't mean country line dancing. I'm talking about R&B/Soul line dancing.
Anyway, after surgery, when I started losing weight, I ramped up my line dancing. Found classes throughout the city (Philadelphia). Then, about 9 months post-surgery I started doing Zumba, which is another type of dance exercise. Only now (about 14 months post-op) am I getting into other things at the gym (elliptical, treadmill, arc trainer, etc.) I really like those new things now, but it just wasn't that way in the beginning. I had to start with something that I would enjoy. So definitely look for something that you can have fun doing. That makes all the difference in your success.
