This was me yesteday.  It hurt so bad!  My butt is still sore.  I too thought I was giving birth from a strange new place.  I've been constipated before, but NEVER like this.  I need to start a routine so this never happens again!

Right there with all ya'll.  MoM quit working and so did the benefiber.  I felt so bad I had to come home from work!  I stopped by the drug store and got some miralax and made me a cup of coffee with it hoping something will give.  I feel like I'm sitting on a golf ball.

The package says not to take more than 7 days......can we take it every day?

You can use Miralax everyday with no problems. My gastrenterologist(sp) said it was fine. And I have taken a double dose of MOM twice a day for 1 day and 1/2 and everything went well. When all those things didn't work and I couldn't eat without getting nauseous, I knew it was worse than ever! No golf ball here, when all was done and over..baseball, no kidding, I think I did give birth.

I only strive to be, the kind of person my dogs think I am!

Of the choices we are given, it's no choice at all....
