This morning when I was waking up I remembered how I use to feel when I woke up.  I would wake up so sore I could hardly move.  It was the first thing I thought about when I got up.  This morning I realized that I haven't felt that way for months.

I used to feel the same exact way when I woke up. Well, 67 lbs lighter, I feel AMAZING, most mornings...there are others where it takes all of me to roll out of bed and hit the button on the coffee pot...lol

I saw your pics yesterday, and not sure if I commented on them, but you look GREAT! and congrats on your daughters marriage!

I know how good it feels to wake up and be "normal." Getting out of bed used to be a marathon for me. My ankles used to swell up, and I could barely walk. I also had horrible GERD every morning, which was a nightmare.

It's an amzing feeling not to wake up like the living dead!

These days the only time I wake up sore is if I did a major work out the evening before and then it's not the same type of sore.  This is a good,  I've pushed myself kind - I'm alive kind of sore.

Hooray for all of us who've experienced this change in our lives.
