How often do you weigh yourself?

Let me first state that I don't recommend you weigh like I do  in that I do it for a different motivation.  In the start I weighed daily because I thought it was freaking awesome to see daily changes. Then I hit my first stall and learned what a headache it is but still continued to do it and become frustrated.  It took me a while to accept that I have no control over how fast or when I will drop pounds. 

Now I weigh twice a day m-f and not at all on weekends UNLESS I exercise or have a race.  I weigh at the gym prior to me starting my workout and immediately following my workout this lets me know if I have properly hydrated and if not how much I need to target to hit the mark.  Only my Monday pre workout weight is counted towards weightloss as it is after the weekend and life at the gym will cause me to gain 3-6 pounds over the course of the week.

If you are going to weigh frequently be prepared for a lot of frustrations and possibly some self doubt, unless you can honestly accept that you have no control over how much or how fast you lose.
