HUNGRY!!!!!
OM Goodness! Today I have been so hungry! It has been a crazy two days of studying and finals. I have 2 more finals next week, but today all I have wanted to do is EAT! Im never like that! (Well not since surgery) The bad thing is I don't know if it is because Im stressed or really hungry. But I feel like its really hungry because I drank so much water and was still hungry...IDK
I am starting tomorrow with a big ol protien shake so hopefully that will keep the hungry away.

Some things that can make you hungry
*thirst (as you mentioned, you tried to make sure that wasn't it)
*Stress/emotions/happy/sad/bored .... head hungers in other words. I recently discovered I'm a BOREDOM eater... big big big time boredom eater
*Carbmonster.... if you eat simple carbs, that will result in your craving more simple carbs... it's a catch 22..... so if the carbmonster has you..... knock it on the head and throw it in a ditch.
*Drinking with/too soon after meals. Make sure you have protein forward meals, solid dense proteins, and don't drink for at least thirty minutes after meals.
when I began my WLS journey, I started with the protein shakes, and I was amazed at how filling those were and how satisfying.
Also, another tactic, if the HUNGER monster has got you (and remember, your nerves are growing back so they are more active)..... I have practically zero treats sitting around.... stuff like CUCUMBERS..... I guarantee you that you can't get fat eating cucumbers every time you crave something ..... because there are almost no calories
