suggestions for protein pwdr that can be mixed with h2o
In a month or so I would like to give up milk that I use to mix my protein powder into. I like chocolate so right now with the protein powder I am using, it taste like a good cup of chocolate milk.
I can handle sweet tasting because I use crystal light all the time.
Looking for suggestions.

I did the Nectars during my losing phase, 90 calories when mixed with water, 100 if you add crystal light. It has a bit of a potent smell, so I drink out of a sports bottle so I don't smell it.
Now that I am in maintenance.... I use the Syntrax Matrix Orange and Cream with orange crystal light and water .

Why are you giving up the milk? If it's because of calories or carbs you can try almond milk. The unflavored I use has 35 calories. I like it because it adds thickness and creaminess to my shakes.
