 Hi Friends,
Lately I have been EXHAUSTED with a capital E. I was on spring break last week and noticed toward the end of the week I had NO energy (when I should have, I hadn't been to work all week).
I leave work and go home and nap for an hour and a half, but after my naps I feel just as tired if not MORE tired, and I still go to bed around 9:30-10...
I haven't had my B12 shot in a couple of months (my insurance lapsed and won't pic up again until June) and I'm thinking I was taking B12 for granted! Any other reason I could be SO tired? I want my energy back!!! Even my sister was like, you're dragging alllll the time...now excuse me while I go take a NAP ...zzzzz, lol

The time will come when, with elation you will greet yourself arriving at your own door, in your own mirror and each will smile at the other's welcome, and say, sit here. Eat. You will love again the stranger who was your self.Give wine. Give bread. Give back your heart to itself, to the stranger who has loved you all your life, whom you ignored for another, who knows you by heart. take down the love letters from the bookshelf, the photographs, the desperate notes, peel your own image from the mirror. Sit. Feast on your life. ~D.W.

That's wha it sounds like.  No B-12 in system.  Can you take sublingual until you can go back on the shot?

I'm definitely getting some today! I've noticed frequent headaches also...

Did you get your 6 month labs?  Always get printed copies of lab results for comparisons with future lab reports. Sounds lik B12 maybe your issue, and the sublingual B12's are pretty cheap.  I'd also highly recommend the dry D3 for one of your supplements. Vitamin D deficiencies are very common with wt loss patients and the general public. My sister in law came over yesterday, and she remarked that her vitamin D labs were low. She said she did 3 months of the script D (which is D2), and her D finally came up to 32 or so.  I told her to get the dry D3. I get mine from vitalady.com, taking the 50K IU daily.  I took a 50K capsule 4 times a week for a year. Lab reports for D were a 65.  If you research D for a few minutes, you'll see that optimium levels for D is 80-90, and the only way you'll get to those numbers is with dry D3. I now take a 50K dry D3 daily, in hopes my next labs will be in the 80-90 range. DAVE
