The Walking Dead.
Lately I have been EXHAUSTED with a capital E. I was on spring break last week and noticed toward the end of the week I had NO energy (when I should have, I hadn't been to work all week).
I leave work and go home and nap for an hour and a half, but after my naps I feel just as tired if not MORE tired, and I still go to bed around 9:30-10...
I haven't had my B12 shot in a couple of months (my insurance lapsed and won't pic up again until June) and I'm thinking I was taking B12 for granted! Any other reason I could be SO tired? I want my energy back!!! Even my sister was like, you're dragging alllll the time...now excuse me while I go take a NAP ...zzzzz, lol
The time will come when, with elation you will greet yourself arriving at your own door, in your own mirror and each will smile at the other's welcome, and say, sit here. Eat. You will love again the stranger who was your self.Give wine. Give bread. Give back your heart to itself, to the stranger who has loved you all your life, whom you ignored for another, who knows you by heart. take down the love letters from the bookshelf, the photographs, the desperate notes, peel your own image from the mirror. Sit. Feast on your life. ~D.W.
