Major congratulations!  100 is my short term goal, and 200 my longer term goal,  What a delight to see that someone has made it.  Keep doing what you're doing and be very, very proud of your accomplishment!  All the very best to you from Claire in Canada.

Yay! What an exciting day! Now that I've gotten farther into my weight loss, I've started to realize what weighs the same as what I lost. My 6'6" Marine husband weighs 220...I've lost him plus his boots! LOL Think about that when you have frustrating days, it'll help you make it through!

Look, even the IRS lets us round up and down, so when you report this story in the future, don't let those few days hold you back. You lost 200# in a year?!!  Hot damn!  Congratulations! That's amazing!!

Wow Rosanette you had Garth Davis as your surgeon? What ever happened to that show Big Medicine? I used to love watching that show!

You know, I'd never really seen the show before I met him, and even after the surgery, so I wasn't in awe of him. I do't know why, I guess cuz he's so personable. He is pretty adorable and charming. He and his dad also got a rave review from my personal physician, so I felt pretty good about him. Also, he and his dad are a Bariatric Center for Excellence, so I felt pretty confident. Then I had no pain from my surgery. None. How weird is that?  (It was just gas that got to me.) He said he's done thousands of these surgeries. I felt pretty lucky to have such a good surgeon. I don't know if the show will air a new season. They've recently opened a stand alone clinic, so maybe they're too busy??  Anyway, thanks and good luck to you, Rose, fellow flower name-sake.
