Low Carb Noodles??

I had these last night.  I followed the directions of rising them well, then boiling, then rising again, then letting dry - I pu them back in the warm pot.  After this smell decreased significantly.   I had them in an asian soup (pho) so they fit in with the flavor profile.  I think they would do well with other strong flavored sauces like tomato sauce but probably wouldnt eat them on their own.

I found them a satisfying noodle substitute than spagetti squash - more like real noodles.
