Visual of a NSV

I'm at that near standstill that happens around 6-9 months where the scale moves but you can't tell and of course everything still fits the same.  I keep waiting for that WOW I'm going through all these sizes or something dramatic but it's just not happening.

ANYWAY!  Today I was attempting to lug a 40-pound bag of bird seed up from the car to the front porch and it occurred to me....I've lost more than 2 of these!  How on earth did I lug that much weight around on a daily basis (I used a scooter to ambulate so clearly I didn't do it well).

So my NSV for the day is that I no longer lug 2 of these around every waking moment of my life anymore!
