Hello, I just wanted to jump on and say hello. I am so greatful to this group of individuals. I would have never mad it thru 4 weeks home without you all. Well I was at a stall and thought I would die. I am now down a couple pounds and I think I am back on track. And just an interesting piece of info. 2.25 oz of roasted chicken thigh (my fave part) is 17g protein. Yippee, my new fave snack. Flavor it with southwestern seasoning or ranch or garlic butter or what ever, yummy. Well, I am also back to work. OMG, I wish I had startedback on light duty. Sat night was ok, Sunday night was insane. Oh well, I am blessed I have had no complications other than constipation. Have a fabulous day. HUGZ!!!!!
