Wow, looks like I'm not the only RNYer, on the Blue Bunny "train!"

It is also wonderful to add just a good scoop to "jazz" up a protein shake. I do this especially if I'm at a stall to bump up my calories for a day or two. Then I start back to "normal."

Breyer;'s Low Carb, NSA (available in Chocolate and Vanilla only) and an additional vote for the berry Blue Bunny...

Most of the time, though, if I want ice cream, I prefer to have a smaller amount of the real stuff... Haagen Dazs Strawberry or Dulce le Leche! (I'm also almost 4 years out, though.)

I am just getting into the protein ice cream recipes featured on theworldaccordingtoeggface.com.

WOW.... I bought the cuisinart ice cream maker and now make a new flavor every other day. I have people at work now tasting my ice creams and loving them!!

This morning I made chocolate caramel flavor while I was getting ready for work. It is sooooooooooo simple... basically it was one cup of milk or soy milk and 2 scoops of choclate protein powder plus some sugar free caramel flavored syrup.

Mixed it all up and poured into ice cream maker which whirred away while getting dressed, etc. Scooped it out and brought it to work!!
