a sticky note is a very good idea. i could stick that on my computer monitor that i stare at all day.
the only fluid i do drink has protein in it so i do get my fluids and protein in at the same time but still can't seem to get in enough. i'm gonna also try tea. i do a lot better with warmer liquids seem easier to get down as you said. i was able to get about 90oz of liquid in for the first week when i was on liquids. after that it went downhill once i could start introducing foods lol

Yeah, I had the same thing happen when I introduced pureed foods - liquids seemed to be less frequent. Darn 30/30 rule.... But I just accepted it as me having to be more conscious of my liquid intake and am drinking from morning to night, even have crystal light & protein with me during sessions!

I seemed to be drinking more at work than at home. When I started thinking about it I realized I used a cup at work because we have a water cooler. At home I was drinking from a bottle. I seem to be able to drink more using a cup. Drinking from a bottle fills me up quickly, I don't know if the bottle causes you to get more air than a cup. Today I switched to drinking from a glass at home and I got a LOT more water in.
You may want to try warm liquids - some people can tolerate these better. Also, I drink 2-3 times as much water if I flavor it. At 3 years out, the sweeter the flavoring the better. I will put 2 packets of Hawaiian Punch grape in one bottle of water, but by doing this I will drink 4-6 bottles of water in addition to my protein coffee and my protein shake. This early out the sweetness may not sit well.

I get in easily 100+ oz a day. My plan doesn't allow protein shakes so all my protein comes from food. Right now I'm doing a mile on the treadmill before I get out and about so I drink about 10oz before and after my walk. Then I have breakfast. After my 30 minutes is over, I drink about 20 oz every two hours until lunch. Afternoon is about the same. I drink before and after my evening treadmill session and I'll usually have another 20 oz after supper.
I have no problem drinking like I did before surgery. I only wan****er and I want it *cold*. I tend to drink it pretty fast so that it is cold. So my 20oz usually takes less than 10 minutes to drink. I do drink warm tea in the evenings though I didn't today because it was so darned hot today.
I don't really have any advice, just telling how I do it.

My little secret I give to people...Put 1-2 oz of cottage cheese or protein shake on the night stand before bed. Since you sip sip sipping away...and have to pee in the middle of the night. Have what you have put on the night stand. I'd put a spoonful of cottage cheese...Just that little extra protein. If I didn't eat it, I'd just toss it out the next morning.
