Thanks Autumn!  I am always looking for new ways to cook chicken (and protein in general).  Your blog is great...saved it as a favorite so I can return for more recipes.  Looks like you must have a nice stock of SF syrups.  Love it! I am obsessed and have 14 flavors for my various shakes and protein cakes/ice cream.  Variety is the spice of life!  Thanks for the new ideas. :)

I too love Chinese food. I did a little poking around your blog and I want to say that a lot of what I read really struck a chord with me. I admire all that you've done. I find myself struggling and I'm only 7 1/2 months out! I know you don't know me from Adam but I'm cheering for you!

If you ever want to chat, look me up!

Thank you SO much for making up this recipe!!! I thought I had lost Chinese food forever because of the sugar and the frying! This same brand also makes other great recipes like mongolian beef (or chicken), kung pao chicken, and beef (or chicken) and broccoli! I bet Splenda would work with all of these!

Thank you again for this recipe!!!
