just a few things....
Now thats its hot out i have the biggest desire to just chug down a whole bottle of ice cold water....i know thats totally not happining cuz i drank like 6 ounces at once yesterday and it all came back up, but i have to look on the brite side, last summer i was 90lbs heavier and a lot more uncomfie! The other thing is im totally confused about meat. How much meat should i eat at once? the only serveing directions i got were 1/2 a cup per meal...but isnt a half a cup of meat a WHOLE lot different than half a cup of yogurt or veggies?
