Oh yeah baby!

I do those all the time. As warmer weather starts I'll post on Bariatric Foodie but here's the skinny:

2 c. milk
1 pkg sf chocolate pudding (sugar-free chocolate fudge works well)
2 scoops chocolate protein powder

Mix in blender for about 2 minutes or so (to get good protein powder distribution or else the protein will settle to the bottom of the mold when you pour. Pour into popsicle molds.

In my molds it makes 8.

I can't find sf pudding mixes here in Israel but they have ready-made fridge ones.

Just be sure not to blend to the point that it sets. If it does, pour a little more milk in. It's hell to get out of the blender if it sets. But they are simply dreamy.

Even my kids like them.
