I feel out of control

The only way I have found to keep control of my eating and exercise is LOG IT! There's a few free websites out there you can use, myfitnesspal, fitday and sparkday to name a few. I'm doing it now and I've lost 25 lbs since Jan 22. This will be my way of keeping me in check for the rest of my life. My exercise has been moderate, walking or Wii My Fitness Coach and recently started hiking which I really like. Reading stories on this site really keeps me motivated and inspired so just try a few different things and figure out what works for you. Grats for quitting smoking too, that's awesome!
