465 Calories. Really?
How much protein are you getting that equates to the 62%? The first 2-5 weeks my surgeon wanted around 75 g. I probably did hover around 465 calories at that point, and still some days I'm probably still around that. At this point, getting in your protein is really the most important thing. If you're doing that then I would imagine you're doing well :)
Just thought I'd add my two cents... I've been hearing 80 to 100gms of protein, for women especially, at a minimum. Even more is better. Save your hair, good for your bones and teeth, nails. You can't do anything wrong by having more... Get some of the protein shakes that are like juice... or kool aid, almost. 20 grms of protein in 8 ounces... I always add 12 ounces of water, cuz they seem a little sweet (on average, some have more) and you're staying hydrated.. Couple servings of those a day and you're right up there.
Also low far string cheese is super low cal and high protein 8-9 grms, if you like cheese. Great snack, east to throw in your purse and eat on the run.
Good luck!

I don't think you're having enough calories I"m only 2 weeks ahead of you and I was averaging 400-500 calories a day and in 8 weeks I've had two (lets call them stalls) of 2 weeks and 3 weeks long I finally spoke to my NUT 12 days ago and she said you have to eat 800 calories or your body will be in starvation mode and you won't lose. That day I started eating 800 calories a day and I've lost a pound every single day for the past 11 days. I wasn't feeling hungry at 400 calories but it wasn't hard to get the extra in, cheese was a good option for me and went down easily.. Good luck!
