Great recipe to share!!!!!!!
For all those pizza lovers out there, I made this tonight and it was delicious. I got it off one of the TV shows!
Chicken Pizza
4 chicken cutlets thinly sliced ( I measured 3oz after it was cooked)
mushrooms chop fine
green peppers chop fine
onions chop fine
pepperoni cut 1 circle into 4's (you only used 2-3 slices for the whole thing so not too bad calorie wise)
s&p to taste
garlic garlic (from tastefully simple) or you can use garlic powder
low sugar sauce (I used barilla baking sauce)
string cheese
Season cutlets with spices of your choice (I used garlic garlic and salt and pepper). Sautee chicken in a pan sprayed with Pam and a little bit of olive oil. Coo****il golden on each side. Sautee veggies in a pan sprayed with Pam and drop of olive oil till soft.
Once chicken is cooked, spoon sauce, seperate the string cheese and place onto chicken cutlets I used about 2 1/2 peices for all 4 cutlets. Top with veggies. Put a lid on the top to melt the cheese....THEN ENJOY!
I measured a 3 oz peice on my scale when it was complete. It was really wonderful. It satisfied my pizza craving.....w/o the carbs!
Let me know what you guys think...and if you try it!

Acceptance means that you can find the serenity within to let go of the past with its mistakes and regrets, move into the future with a new perspective, and appreciate the opportunity to take a second chance!

Sounds great and something different to do with chicken. I just bought some portabellas to make pizza out of, using them instead of crust.
