Thankyou so much for posting this info. I was just trying to remember what you had said about taking certain vitamins together, and I could not remember.
This time I shall copy and paste into a word program.
You are so right about the Nut's not being up-to-date on everything. When I mentioned to my nut that I take D3 as opposed to D2 she was totally clueless about us not absorbing D2. I didnt bother argueing with her, but I am thankful for all the info that you and others have posted on here that alot of us would be totally clueless without.
