i'm going to be one of those people...
and complain about a possible stall.
im 10 weeks out so i had been loosing 2lbs a week for over a month. last week i was 231. then my period came on sunday and i've been 232/233. i get in my protein, i take all my vits, and i go to school 5 hrs out of the day and cant drink in class so the liquids are a struggle but i alway**** 55 oz but this is nothing new. the only thing it can be is my period or the fact that ive been eating 1/4 a cup of nuts each day...any thoughts? could it be my period?? im always >800 calories but could i be eating too much this early out and create stalls?
thanks for the advice! - nicole

We had our surgery the same day.. I'm finishing my 3rd stall already.. one was for 2 weeks, the second for 3 weeks and today I finally lost a pound after 13 days of nothing.. it's frustrating but you can't lose weight every single day or every single week your body needs to adjust. I'm eating 800 calories also.. sounds like you're doing all the right things!
Your body is resting, it happens. Keep following your plan hitting your protein and water goals, add in movement AND take your measurements if you haven't done so yet. Usually when the stalls happen the inches are melting away.

I bet you'll find you will loose a few pounds all at once. I went through a 4 week stall - gained a pound, lost nothing. Then, low and behold, one day I got on the scale and was 6 pounds down. The other poster was right - even when you aren't loosing pounds, you're likely loosing inches. That being said, stalls stink. I'm in one now and it is driving me nuts!
