When can you switch over to regular vitamins? I am tired of taking chewables.

As soon as you feel comfortable swallowing them. Just make sure you are getting the right ones.

Hi ,
I started on prilosec (per dr for 3 months after surgery only) and i swallow a b12 and vit d  every morning and take the orange chewable optisource ( if you get them you don't need extra calcium throughout the day.  The prilosec/b12/vit d are all pills you swallow and i've been doing it since i got home from hospital.  Are you okay w/swallowing or have had any problems w/your throat?

Ummmm, yeah, you do need to take extra calcium.  The calcium in Optisource is calcium carbonate which is the wrong kind for us.  We need calcium citrate.  I hope you are taking eight of the optisource a day because you need that many to get in the correct amount of everything else.
