I get my individually wrapped 2 lb bag at Wal-Mart for just under 7 bucks! Great deal!!

its a great protein rich food, but i am sick to death of tilapia. just saying.

I will have to check this out.  I love tilapia, but the last time I bought some it had the nastiest taste to it, and I said I would never buy anymore.  I tried some Swai the other week, and it actually was pretty good.
