How many carbs do you eat a day?
At this point I'd say you should probably be looking at about 800-1,000 calories a day. Of your total caloric intake, you might consider having 40% be protein, 35% be carbs, 25% be fat (good fats). You can use a food diary to help you figure out where you fall on that.
In my losing phase, when I did quite a bit of weight lifting, I ate at least 100g a day. It ended up being about 70 net carbs as I eat a good deal of fiber.

Okay if I use the 50 g carb limit does this include the good carbs that you get from veggies? I don't eat any bread.
Now I'm all upset because I thought I was doing good with my nutrition. :(
I look at calories and protein and don't worry about the carbs. I get anywhere from 700-1000 cal a day, usually on the 1000 side.
When I stated adding carbs again (not sugar - I avoid it) my loss kicked up. Funny how our bodies work!
My exercise stinks! My joints from arthritis have shown no improvement and I so miss my Aleve!
I try really hard to get all my protein and calories in but it's been quite tough for me. According to my surgeon's plan I should be eating 2oz of meat and a half cup of veggies with a meal. I'm darned lucky if I can get the 2oz of meat in. I just don't seem to have much room in my pouch. It's definitely not a stricture or anything because everything is working fine and I don't throw up....I just get full super fast. It's like my pouch is extra small. In the mornings I have to fight to get 1/4 cup of cottage cheese or yogurt down. It's pretty annoying because it means I have to force myself to eat more times a day. =/
