I perfected Unjury Chicken soup protein
Ok, I love my UCS (unjury chicken soup). Well many have made the statement that you can not use boiling water. This is so true. I mistakenly put mu UCS in the microwave for too long. Well, lets jujst say it was rather clumpy. But I dare not waste it. I drank/chewed it anyhow.
Fast forward a week. I put the 1 scoop in a mug and mixed with 1/3 cup of ho****er from the tap. I am boiling my teapot while I am doing this. I let the mixture sit until it LOOKS like chicken broth. This is about 6 minutes. I then turn the pot off. Once it has stopped whistling, I add it to the mug while stirring. It is perfect and just like chicken broth. I add a little sea salt. Delish!!!

Yes, there are a number of ways to get the chicken soup (or unflavored or vanilla mixed in SF hot chocolate) plenty hot without it clumpling. I really like the chicken soup as a change of pace even now.... but it is already SO heavy on sodium that I cannot inmagine ADDING salt to it, LOL!
