I respectfully disagree. Get em fixed. My arms are freakin awesome. I get compliments even from skinny 20-somethings (I'm 44) who have never had a weight problem and don't realize I used to be 200 pounds heavier.

Also agree w/ Laura. My scars are very minimal and much better than the skin that was hanging off. One of the best decisions ever.

I'm going to agree with Laura.  My arms are done and you can barely see the scars.  Mine are under the arm so only when I raise them are they even noticable and barely since they've faded significantly.

The only thing I can say about them now is they aren't as tight as before since I've lost more weight.  I have nice biceps the triceps need to be worked out to make the arms look better today.

I've had a bracioplasty, anchor cut tummy tuck and breast lift with implants.  The bracioplasty has helped me the most mentally.

I think everyone should do what is best for them individually.  We work too hard at the weight loss and if plastics is the last hurdle to feeling great about yourself, I fully support whatever works for each of us.
