Morning Diva!
Finally getting my head on straight and have lost some of the bloat I put on the past week. Yay :)
But, Im starving today... go figure.
1. Coffee protein
2. 1 scrambled egg w/ cheese 2 slices bacon
3. Cheese stick and watermelon
4. Tuna salad and whole grain crackers
Most likely more watermelon. Im a junkie and got the bes****ermelon Ive had so far last night :)
I also got in a workout last night...Yay. About time I got my ass back in gear. Gonna do more tonight. ** Especailly after seeing Carrie Underwoods legs last night...OMG, I know I can get mine like that, so now Im on a mission!

I NEED to go to the gym. It's a mental health crisis at this point. So after work that's what I'm doing.

2. Thai Shrimp Salad (recipe forthcoming tonight on Bariatric Foodie)
3. Hot Click
4. Probably another chili dog ramekin as I have lots of leftover hot dog chili.
5. Protein Iced Mocha

Morning, not good though I have such a sinus headache that I actually just took some ibuprofen....

B: inside of a breakfast sandwich
S: rest of my coffee
L: hopefully some hot soup somewhere
D: pork chile verde and salad
Had hot dogs and hamburgers on the grill last night, so yummy!
Also put in 75 strawberry plants yesterday (had the day off) and weeded two of my flower gardens.

Good Morning OH. feeling alittle sore today a new yoga instructor last nite kicked my butt, but I love it.

PreB: a few choco almonds ( soooo yummy, gotta be careful could be a problem)
B: cottage cheese with truvia and blueberries
L: insides of 1 chicken and 1 beef sstreet tacos a spoonful of beans
D: Chicken over salad greens
S; not sure probably a shake
