I have lost 300 lbs.  I just had one knee replaced and getting ready to have the other replaced.  Here is my question.  I would love to go to the local pool to do some of my workouts.  But, I am emabrrased with the way my loose skin on my upper body looks.  Does anyone know where I might find a swimsuit that covers my upper body like in the old days?

 Can you wear a shirt?
Do you qualify for skin removal surgery?  I would think that after losing that much weight the insurance company would view that as medically necessary.

Search online for "rash guards".

I was also going to suggest rash guard...good luck! Either way, good for you for getting out there and I bet you notice way more than anyone else will :)

Thanks guys.  That info is perfect. Yo are the best.  I agree, it is more me than them, but it still bothers me.  I am looking into the skin removal.

A friend of mine suggested a wet suit, knee length since my thighs are my issue.
It's a thought.

Last year I wore a men's suit to cover my thighs.  This year I'm getting some board shorts like the longer ones HERE.

Someday I'll get a thigh lift....sigh.

Swim with a dark t-shirt on and swim trunks. That should be fine.
