Thanks for your helpful advice..........I am going to see if my PCP nurse will give me a montly shot..........Tricare Prime will pick it up, so I would prefer just to have it done that way.  Thanks.......soon I'll be on the losing side!!

I buy the Bariatric Advantage Wild Berry Crystals they cover all vitamins except Iron. 3 scoops in a bottle with 24 oz of water and shake add lots of ice and it covers all days Vitamins and tastes good.
Keep adding ice for best flavor. Yum.

Be careful about what kind of Vitamin D you take.  We need ''dry" vitamin D rather than the oil based version.

My insurance covers B-12 shots.  My PCP requires a prescription from the surgeon.  However I take the sublinguals.

Holly

I get my b12 at Walmart.  Just make sure you get the sublinquil..  My numbers are high.

Calcium citrate.  At first I couldn't swallow the calcium pills.  THey are humongous.  Even the petites at first.  Vitamin Shippe had some chewables and I did those for the first 2 months.  THen changed to the petites.  I recommend getting the ones with magnesium in them.  Calcium makes me constipated.

I took 2 chewable centrums in the beginning and then recently switched to Centrum A-Z.  They recommend you get 200% of daily vitamins.  DO NOT GET FLINSTONES!!!!!!  THey do not have enough of the vitamins that we need.

BIOTEN: Never seen that low of a dosage.  Are you sure it says 150 mg or does it say 1500 mg.  I got mine at walmart and it is 1000 mg.

Vitamin d3 make sure you get DRY vitamin d3.  if it says its oil based dont get. we don't absorb.
