I have my card too! I need some Vitamin D (I've actually been taking it consistently so I'm almost out)and I might get me some Ostrim Jerky. Paul, have you tried that. It's like Slim Jim with mega protein!

no I haven't.  I might look at it when taking cub scouts camping this summer.  Needless to say camps don't provide a healthy option for me to choose.

You sign up for it at GNC. I believe there is a yearly fee for it. I'm not renewing mine, I don't think, as I don't get much use out of it.

RNY Gastric Bypass 1-8-08 350/327/200 (HW/SW/CW). I spend most of my time playing with my food over at Bariatric Foodie - check me out!

aw too bad.  I would have liked it better if it was free.  I'm poor and like freebies lol

The Gold Card at GNC costs $15 for a year. You get a 20% discount the first week of every month.
